The Patron Code of Conduct is the Library District's guidelines for acceptable behavior as established by the BCLD Board of Trustees and applicable laws. The purpose is to ensure that all visitors to the Bonneville County Libraries are able to use the resources and services available. This policy is also intended to protect the rights and safety of Library users and staff, and to protect the Library’s materials, facilities and property.
The Patron Code of Conduct includes the Library Rules along with the consequences of violation.
